UFPPC is co-sponsoring the appearance of author and award-winning journalist Joshua Phillips at UW Tacoma on the evening of Wed., Nov. 16 (7:00 p.m.).[1]  --  Phillips will discuss his recent book, None of Us Were Like This Before, a presentation of some of the harrowing experiences American soldiers have had with torture and their effect on their lives.  --  U.S. Army Gen. (ret.)
