This event is a reprise of much appreciated dinner and conversation that we shared with Dr. Kakar in March 2009. It will be once again held in the basement of First United Methodist Church (621 Tacoma Ave. South, Tacoma, WA, 253-627-0129) and will feature (mostly) Afghan dishes. All ages are invited to this family-friendly event, which is free and open to the public.
