Theresa Power-Drutis recently returned to Tacoma from a month spent working in Afghanistan.  --  On Wed., Aug. 27, she'll share some photos and stories about her experiences there....

Theresa Power-Drutis writes:

"I returned from Afghanistan last Friday and brought back a few photos and stories. Please come by for a little 'Kabul Conversation':

"Wednesday -- August 27, 2008 -- 7:00 p.m. -- at the Neighborhood Clinic*, 1323 S. Yakima Ave., Tacoma, Washington.

"Looking forward to a conversation after the slides -- I'll bring tea & biscuits :)

"Hope you can come.

"*The clinic is located in the basement of the old St. Leo School building (same building that houses CCS, the Food Connection, and the Hospitality Kitchen). Park in the St. Leo lot and go through the double doors adjacent to the south side of the church."
