A special peace vigil marking Hiroshima Day and expressing solidarity with Father Bill Bichsel, who is facing trial for anti-nuclear activism, will be held from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. outside the Federal Courthouse in Tacoma on Pacific Avenue.[1] ...

WHEN:  Wednesday, August 6, 2008 -- 12:00 noon-3:00 p.m.
WHERE:  Federal Courthouse, Pacific Avenue at 19th Street, Tacoma

HIROSHIMA DAY.  Vigil against nuclear weapons in front of the Federal Courthouse, Pacific Avenue at 19th Street, Wednesday, August 6, noon until 3:00 p.m. Solidarity with Father Bill Bichsel, whose trial for trespassing on the property where submarines carrying nuclear missiles are launched, is to be continued. Join the monks who will be setting out on a peace walk from the Courthouse after the vigil. Come -- even for a short time.
