It's surprisingly hard to dig up information on "Psywar," a feature-length 100-minute documentary film with high production values that argues from a radical perspctive that propaganda has since World War I become a standard but in mainstream discourse rarely recognized feature of how politics today works.  --  The film was produced by Metanoia and features commentary by Howard Zinn, Peter Philips, Noam Chomsky, and other prominent dissident critics of contemporary plutocracy.  --  It's available at both of the links below,[1] as well as on YouTube....
